LOCATION: Downtown Neom, before the battle begins.

ACTION: Semi abandoned downtown Neom. A sci-fi Blade Runner type city, with shops signs in English, Arabic, Chinese. Some of the shops may be closed, boarded up or have their security gates closed over their windows. Gritty. Trash on streets. A few people walk the slum but not many. Neom has seen better days.

FOCUS: The futuristic city but in a state of decay.

MOOD: Abandoned. Left behind.
